In the 2021 selection round, Sager + Mack was one of 9 companies from Baden-Württemberg to be awarded the contract.
With the funding line “Spitze auf dem Land! Technologieführer für Baden-Württemberg” (“Top in rural areas! Technology leaders for Baden-Württemberg”), the state supports small and medium-sized enterprises with fewer than 100 employees in rural areas that demonstrate the potential for technology leadership. The technological leadership of these companies is the guarantor of secure jobs and prosperity.
Sager + Mack will invest the subsidies from the ELR and EFRE funding programs in the construction of a new warehouse and an automated storage and logistics center, as well as in a state-of-the-art turning-milling center. The company is a manufacturer of pumps and filtration systems for a wide range of industries. The investment in the Eckartshausen site and the associated creation of jobs and training places thus also contribute to strengthening the region’s industrial development.
